ZM Technologies manufactures and sells many different Centrifugal and Positive Displacement sanitary pumps, like the "C"-Series centrifugal pump (Tri-Clover® type) and the Circumferential Piston PD Pump (Waukesha® type).

Our repair facility is equipped to remanufacture all of these pumps to new O.E.M. tolerances.

C-Series Centrifugal Pumps
ZM Technologies stocks replicated Tri-Clover C-Series centrifugal sanitary pumps. These pumps are manufactured in North America.

The ZM Technologies C-Series pumps are equal to the
Tri-Clover® and the Waukesha® Purity sanitary pumps. All pump dimensions and parts are 100% interchangeable with the original manufacturers

C-Series Pumps Models:
• 114, 114+ (uses impeller nut)
• 216, 216+ (uses impeller nut)
• 328, 328+ (uses impeller nut)
• 4410

SP-Series Centrifugal Pumps

The ZM Technologies SP-Series pumps are equal to the Tri-Clover® pumps. All pump dimensions and parts are 100% interchangeable with the original manufacturer.

                    • 4410 and 6410 (6 inlet).

Complete pumps can be purchased. These pumps are in stock, or readily available. Pumps can be provided with or without motors, SS pump bases, and coupling guards.

Pump Customization
Many performance upgrades are offered for C and SP-Series pumps:

Oil Bath Conversion - Convert SP-Series pump bearing housing to oil lube, instead of grease lube. This improves bearing life, which provides better pump wear and improved reliabilty.
 
ZMT Seal Conversion - Convert pump seals to the flushless, a more rugged ZMT engineered single or double seal.
 
Wearbility Upgrade - Convert pump to a hardened body with a hardened impeller for up to 4 times better life .
 
Different inlet/outlet fittings, shaft materials, seal configurations, and bearing isolators can all be provided with any pump.

Our internal engineering, and our machine shop's capabilities, give ZMT the ability to customize your C-Series or SP-Series pump to suit your needs.
