ZM Technologies
manufactures and sells many different Centrifugal and Positive Displacement sanitary pumps, like the "C"-Series centrifugal pump (Tri-Clover® type) and the Circumferential Piston PD Pump (Waukesha® type).
Our repair facility is equipped to remanufacture all of these pumps to new O.E.M. tolerances.

ZM Technologies manufactures pumps equal to the Tri-Clover® C, SP, 3EH, & 4EH series pumps. ZM Technologies offers several upgrades that make our pumps "Better than O.E.M."

ZM Technologies stocks an inexpensive sanitary centrifugal pump: ZC10, ZC20, and ZC30 series

Complete pumps can be purchased. These pumps are in stock, or readily available. Pumps can be provided with or without motors, SS pump bases, and coupling guards.

| ZMT ZD- U1 Pumps |
ZM Technologies manufactures new circumferential piston pumps, equal to the Waukesha® positve displacement U1 pump, the ZD-U1. Pump models range from the 006 to the 523.
New industrial positive displacement pumps, equal to the 5000 series, are manufactured from the 5040 to the 5080.
ZM Technologies offers several upgrades to the O.E.M. parts that make our pumps "Better than O.E.M.".
All pump parts are made to exact O.E.M. dimensions and appearance. Parts are in stock and are readily available for immediate delivery.

Oil Bath Conversion - Convert pump bearing housing to oil lube, instead of grease lube. This improves bearing life, which provides better pump wear and improved reliabilty.

ZMT Seal Conversion - Convert pump seals to the flushless, a more rugged ZMT engineered seal.

Wearbility Upgrade - Convert pump to a hardened body with a hardened impeller for up to 4 times better life .

Different Inlet/outlet fittings, shaft materials, seal configurations, bearing isolators can all be provided with any pump.
Our internal engineering, and our machine shop's capabilities, give ZMT the ability to customize your Tri-Clover® C, SP, 3EH, or 4EH pump to suit your needs.
