ZM Technologies manufactures and sells many different Centrifugal and Positive Displacement sanitary pumps, like the "C"-Series centrifugal pump (Tri-Clover® type) and the Circumferential Piston PD Pump (Waukesha® type).

Our repair facility is equipped to remanufacture all of these pumps to new O.E.M. tolerances.

ZMT ZD- U1 Pumps

ZM Technologies manufactures new circumferential piston pumps, equal to the Waukesha® Positve Displacement U1 pump, the ZD-U1. Pump models range from the 006 to 320. The larger 420 and 520 pumps are also manufactured by ZMT. ZMT manufactures three Aseptic pump models: 323+, 423, and the 523, see more information below. Rectangle inlet pumps are available from the ZDU1-034 to the ZDU1-324.

New industrial positive displacement pumps, equal to the 5000 series, are manufactured by ZMT, from the ZDN-5040 to the ZDN-5080.


The ZDU1 PD pump is manufactured to specific tolerances that make the pump very effecient in processing high viscus products with little horsepower. The ZDU1 pump is guaranteed to meet or exceed all O.E.M. clearances and performance specifications.

Many differant seal choices are available, from o-ring-sleeve to mechanical seals. SIngle and double seals with different materials are available for each pump model.

All pump parts are made to exact O.E.M. dimensions and appearance. Parts are in stock and are readily available for immediate delivery.

All ZMT pumps are 3-A approved.

ZM Technologies offers many upgrades to O.E.M. parts that make our pumps "Better than O.E.M.".

Pump Customization
Performance upgrades are offered for Waukesha® U1 & U2 pumps:

Oil Bath Conversion - Convert pump bearing housing to oil lube, instead of grease lube. This improves bearing life, which provides better pump wear and improved reliabilty.
 
ZMT Seal Conversion - Convert pump seals to the flushless, a more rugged ZMT engineered seal.
 
Wearbility Upgrade - Convert pump to a hardened body with a hardened impeller for up to 4 times better life .
 
Improved Models - ZM Technologies manufactures a larger 323 model to provide increased capacity.
 
Different Inlet/outlet fittings, shaft materials, seal configurations, bearing isolators can all be provided with any pump.

Our internal engineering, and our machine shop's capabilities, give ZMT the ability to customize your Waukesha® U1 or U2 pump to suit your needs.
