IDRA 20: an Automated Aseptic Filler for webbed bags.
The IDRA 20 uses the most modern controls and auto-diagnosis through PLC and PC touch pad. Everything is completely automatic, from unrolling of the preformed bags, external sanitization of bags, cutting in single bags, sterilization of the spout, opening/filling/closing and to the final washing and drying of the bags.
• The bag capacity has a range between 2 to 20 litres using different types of filler spouts of 1" diameter to fill liquid, viscous, and dense food products.
• Model can be designed for special spouts or food products with dice 2" or 3" spout diameter. The machine, in aseptic version, is sterilized and maintained under over pressure with sterile air for all the working period. In the standard aseptic machine, a brief spray of disinfectant creates and maintains the machine in an aseptic condition.

Main Characteristics:
• Automatic feeder for unrolling of webbed bags, complete with pneumatic device for bag transport;
• Device for automatic cutting the webbed bags into a single bag;
• Device for automatic spout centering;
• Aseptic filling head in AISI 316 SS;
• Steam jets inside the sterilization chamber controlled by temperature probes, displays on the video-touch screen;
• Uses a highly accurate (±0.1%) volumetric / mass flow meter, for all liquids or constant density food products;
• Plastic belt conveyor for filled bag evacuation;
• Control board including PLC and PC with operator panel touch pad, controls all electric, electro-pneumatic and electronic devices for complete automatic functioning of the machine;
• The machine automatically performs all functions:
     - C.I.P. washing;
     - Sterilization;
     - Production.

Double or Single Head Fillers (capacity up to 10000 kg/h):
For the aseptic filling in pre-sterilized flexible bags. Based upon the product process and the bags type, it is possible to use double or single filling heads to fill bags from 5 to 1500 liters. The equipment uses bags with 1" cap, but is interchangeable with 2" cap, for products with pieces. Up to 3" cap filler head is available. The filler is controlled by load cells and operated by an easy to understand PLC managed system that uses a graphic touch-screen operator panel with symbolic management software.
