ZM Technologies manufactures and sells many different Centrifugal and Positive Displacement sanitary pumps, like the "C"-Series centrifugal pump (Tri-Clover^® type) and the Circumferential Piston PD Pump (Waukesha^® type).

Our repair facility is equipped to remanufacture all of these pumps to new O.E.M. tolerances.

ZC Series Centrifugal Pumps

ZM Technologies stocks an inexpenisive centrifugal sanitary pump, the ZC series pumps. These pumps are manufactured in the USA.

• ZC10 Series Pumps - Models 4, 6, 8 - Fully Open Impeller

• ZC20 Series Pumps - Models 4, 6, 8 - Difficult to clog, more efficient Semi-Open Impeller

• ZC30 Series Pumps - Models 4, 6, 8 - the most efficient Closed Impeller

ZC10 Series Pump- Model 4 - 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 - 3-7/8 up to 1-1/2 HP (1.12 kW)and 110 GPM (415 l/m)

ZC10 Series Pump- Model 5 - 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 - 4-3/8 up to 7-1/2 HP (5.6 kW) and 240 GPM (908 l/m)

ZC10 Series Pump- Model 6 - 2 x 1-1/2 - 5-7/8 up to 10 HP (7.5 kW) and 150 GPM (568 l/m)

ZC10 Series Pump- Model 8 - 3 x 2 - 7-7/8 up to 40 HP (30 kW) and 500 GPM (1,893 l/m)

Pump Customization

Many performance upgrades are offered for ZC series pumps:

	Oil Bath Conversion - Convert pump bearing housing to oil lube, instead of grease lube. This improves bearing life, which provides better pump wear and improved reliabilty.
	ZMT Seal Conversion - Convert pump seals to the flushless, a more rugged ZMT engineered seal.
	Wearbility Upgrade - Convert pump to a hardened body with a hardened impeller for up to 4 times better life .

Different inlet/outlet fittings, shaft materials, seal configurations, and bearing isolators can all be provided with any pump.

Our internal engineering, and our machine shop's capabilities, give ZMT the ability to customize your ZC series pump to suit your needs.
